Every Thursday we devote a handful of specials to glorifying melted cheese on a night we affectionately call, The Big Cheese. Regular specials for this night include our Four Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich and our Short Rib Grilled Cheese with Potato Gratin Bechamel. Pourtal will donate 15% of all Enomatic tasting sales during Happy Hour to a non-profit organization for a two week period.
